About the Author 

Forrest Jones is a journalist, novelist, and marketing content manager whose work draws on years of international experience. He spent six years in Latin America working as an overseas correspondent in Venezuela and Chile, where he covered politics and economics for a global financial newswire, including three presidential elections and the rise of Hugo Chávez. He even interviewed Chávez at his house. He later spent five years in Saudi Arabia as a writer and editor in the environmental protection department at Saudi Aramco, where he produced both public and confidential reports on environmental performance, compliance, and sustainability for the world's largest oil company. Jones is the author of the geopolitical thriller The Placebo Agenda and a forthcoming sequel He currently works as a marketing content manager in the global banking technology sector. He holds degrees in English and Spanish from Hampden–Sydney College and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

The Authors Showcase Series program provides a platform for members to discuss their books or writing process on YouTube and develop an audience for literary works. In addition to the video for marketing, the member also gets publicity and various promotional support from volunteers of the association by print, email and social media tools.
